The Shoalhaven Food & Wine Show is the largest and most spectacular food and wine event held in the Shoalhaven - all under one air conditioned roof.

With over 75 unique exhibitors, it is an amazing two day extravaganza of the best gourmet food (from cakes to salsas), local and produce (from quail and mushrooms to oysters and cheeses), award winning wines and beer (with a temporary liquor licence in place you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer or take home a bottle) as well as delicious food from local restaurants/producers.

Celebrity Chef from Channel 7's Better Homes & Gardens "Fast Ed" Ed Halmagyi will be conducting live cooking demonstrations on location at the Show at 10am, 12pm and 2pm on both Saturday and Sunday in the Studio Room. Ed will be utilising the best of the Shoalhaven's produce and wines to create easy gourmet dishes that the whole family will enjoy. There is no additional charge for the cooking demonstrations after your entry fee, but there are limited seats available for each session.

There will be fantastic music from live bands all weekend and PowerFM will also be broadcasting live on Saturday morning.

Major prizes will be given away during the Show including BBQ's, coffee machines, kitchen appliances plus much more including the ultimate Shoalhaven Food & Wine Show Hamper which will contain something from every single exhibitor at the Show. Entry is free by completing your details on the back of your entry ticket and placing in the competition barrel on the top level of the auditorium.

The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is fully air conditioned so come along and try, buy and enjoy the best food and wine the Shoalhaven and surrounding regions have to offer. Claim your space outside under the umbrellas, or choose a patch of grass, sit back, relax and enjoy the music and indulge yourself with a plate of delicious food.

PRIME Possum will be making an appearance on Sunday with lots of goodies for the kids.
